Why do people cry? What's the reason?

Because people are sad and angry and just want to let everything out.

crying is a person's body's way of soothing oneself

it is a natural response humans have to a range of emotions, including sadness, grief, joy, and frustration

crying can usually be because of built up emotions or emotianal empathy
